Just came back from a small meet. Got some really cool shots. Still learning how to use the camera. Shot with T2i with 15-85mm.

Thanks! I love my 15-85mm lens. I had fun composing the pics, need to learn how to take more interesting shots.

Thanks! I don't think the blue one was type-s, it was an earlier model I believe.
Great photos!
BTW it is quite fun to see how the same car is sold in a different name in different markets.
In Hong Kong we usually sell JDM cars as we have steering wheel on right hand side.
The 2 cars you shooted are sold as Honda Accord here.
Honda|アコード(2008年11月終了モデル) (http://www.honda.co.jp/auto-archive/accord/4door/2008/)
By the way, thanks to the JDM, we get some fine Japanese cars like Type-R, STi, Nismo models that are not available in some other countries.

Nice shots, Gary! Mind if I ask how much that lens set you back/where you picked it up?

i am usually against HDR..but these are very well done with a proper mix to give them a natural look with a very large dynamic range :xyxthumbs:

I think I got the 15-85 refurbished for 600 shipped when they had 15 or 20% off. Its a great upgrade from the kit lens. Pm me if you have any question.

HDR? I'm still fairly new to photography. I cropped the original and messed with the white balance.

Thanks! haha I have no clue, but tell me when you find out.
Is that suede on the hood?
No the hood is carbon fiber, just faded.

Any tips from photographer here? Want to be ready the next time I go shooting, this was a spur of the moment thing.
I have T2i, 15-85mm, 50mm 1.4, 430exii, Manfrotto tripod, 18-55, 55-250mm, and a cheap diffuser.
