Did anyone else expierence problems with todays emergency broadcast test? Where I am it sounded like Charlie Brown speaking throgh a McDonalds drive-thru speaker

BTW...I wonder how any emergency broadcast signals are going to happen when the power grids fail. Paul Revere style perhaps?

I did!

For something so "well planned" that probably cost "us" BILLIONS of dollars it sounded like some 7th grade science class was behind it with a budget totaling $8.00...
