Did a few headlights & actually remembered to take some pics, after I'd already started of course. First was a Suzuki Grand Vitara. I used 500/800/1500/3000 grit. (Probably more than was needed) Then polish/IPA/seal.


Right B4 - Not horrible but noticeable

Next was an '04 Nissan Maxima. Used 240/500/800/1500/3000/polish/IPA/seal. Normally I don't sand 5x's, just trying to use up the miscellaneous discs I have. And I would've started w/ 320g but was out.

Nice work, major improvement.


Every time I see a thread like this it reminds me why I appreciate my old round glass headlight lamps in my old truck.
