So I picked up a 6x12 enclosed trailer last night for over half of what a new one goes for. I spent all day taking decals off and tomorrow I'll buff it and continue working on setting it up.

I'm not sure how I'm going to set everything up. See I got the big trailer because I'm going to be starting a mobile lube service and I need more room than my old 4x6. It tough to get everything set up when you have to factor in the direction the exhauset point, where the pull start is and many other factors. I'm considering building a platform above the tank to mount the pressure washer and then put the generator between the rear door and the tank. I will put my 2 30 gallon barrels of oil directly across from the water tank over the axles. The carpet extractor will go towards the front along with my 15x20 canopy. I think I will install some cabinets in the front also. We will see I guess.

Here's a few pics.

I also offer lube service and a few things that I learned were to think about your waste oil. Those drums get very heavy especially with used filters. You have to keep in mind how you are going to empty them. I have access to a vacuum truck so I never had to remove the drums. Also, if you are having to pay to dispose of used filters I would invest in a filter crusher, saves lots of money because they charge by the barrel not weight. Buying oil in bulk and having a air operated pump is the only way to go. Also would rec having a used coolant barrell as radiator services a easy to preform and make money. Again buy coolant in bulk. Make sure you have a spill kit with you, highway patrol will inspect if they are being hard butts about stuff. Your trailer looks great so far and lube service as an add makes s lot of money and sense. Good luck and let me know if I can help!

I have a 5x10 like yours and I mounted my generator that has a weird exhaust port in the middle on a track similar to that of cabinets and roll it out about a foot when I fire it up.

Yep the only thing I forgot was transporting the old oil to a drop off location.

So today I built a platform to install the pressure washer above the water tank.(To save room) Once I got it all done I realized that tank won't be coming out any time soon.

Just curious to when I put decals on my trailer and van. I'm going to be doing mobile oil changes, trans flushes, coolant flushes and fuel inj serv. Should I advertise as mobile oil change or mobile lube serv. Will the avg Joe know what a lube service is?

I'm thinking maybe put something like a general title and then briefly list your services under it.
