Help with IPA dilution

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to dilute my 70% IPA to a 15% solution. I know theres a thread about it somewhere but I couldn't find it. If anyone can share the thread or just let me know how it do it that would be awesome! Thanks guys!

For reference of anyone who might view this thread in the future, the dilution would be 3 parts of the 70% IPA solution to 11 parts water, making exactly a 15% solution (2.1 parts IPA out of a total of 14 parts solution).
