hi,
the exhaust on my car does not have the fancy chrome tip add on. it's just the pipe coming off the muffler. do you clean this? if so, how?

I never cleaned one or even thought about it.
But..maybe go to an auto parts store and get a chrome or stainless steel tip to cover it up and add some style at the same time?
That's all i got..hope my idea helps!

Honestly I wouldn't bother trying to clean it. If you really want to though I'd say some 0000 steel wool and some metal polish will make it look a little better. But most likely won't do that much.

Agreed. And depending on how old it is. For example..if it looks like my 11 year old exhaust than don't bother lol

I used DG#831 on my Expy steel pipes even though not aluminum. Does so...so. At least knocks the dirt, road grime off them.

Go for the 0000 steel wool and APC you will see a big difference I just cleaned up my pipes behind the shine chrome tips and it makes them much cleaner than before getting the caked on junk off them.
