Which pads constant pressure or regular?

Which pads are better 5.5 constant pressure flat LC pads or 5.5 LC flat pads? I believe the 5.5 flat pad is 7/8ths of an inch thick and the constant pressure pads are a little bit over an inch thick.

I would stick with the LC flat pads.
