I want to seal my rims, but I am not sure how i should wash them after doing so.

For now I have been cleaning them with Purple Power 4:1 and the Daytona Speedbrush.

Should I use a different method? Not sure if the degreaser will wash away the sealant...

After sealing ( l love opti-seal) you need nothing more than soap and water. I wish I could tell you to buy alot of wheel cleaning specific products, special tool and towels and mits and gloves...but none are necessary

Keep it simple

if you got your wheels nice and clean and shiny just apply any sealant and/or wax . this will keep u wheels protected and make short work of keeping them clean with just soap and water. most wheels cleaners will strip off whatever protection u have them . I coat my wheels with powerlock and top with 845. I be lucky if I need to use a dedicated wheel cleaner 2 times a year .

wow thats great info tha.ks.
Are there any wax/sealants that look really nice on rims?
Does the sealants/wax add or dull the shine on rims?
-thanks
