Courtdale's post on the BMW grille got me motivated this weekend. Cloudy & rainy so I decided to finally take care of my grille on a 2004 Kia Optima.

Even did the wiper arms on my CRV. Will do the Optima next week.

How did you keep the chrome/plastic protected?

You can see in the 4th photo that the chrome is taped. BTW nice job.

Sorry. I didn't realize the chrome in the middle was taped. Looks great.

Actually it's not paint, it's Plasti Dip. Got the idea from another thread. http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/show-n-shine/40651-repainted-grill-bmw.html
Just have to see how it lasts.

Thanks for the comments everyone.
