My question is, do i also use a grit guard in the second bucket or just in one ?

I also use them in both buckets for normal washes and even more so with ONR washes.

the more grit guards the better, id say use one in each bucket if not 2 in each bucket

I use 1 or none in wash, 2 in rinse (especially when none in wash).

OH boy, I'm the oddball here.

I use one in the wash and none in the rinse.....my bad...:laughing:

But when I think about it the mitt goes from the wash to the car to the rinse where the junk is rinsed off.... The thing that's a shame is I have two!! :laughing:

I'll use two from not on....

I've seen guys use 2 GG per bucket = 4. Yeah....

I prefer a Dirt Dobber in thee rinse bucket and a GG in the wash. The Dobber washboard works great!
