Just curious to know what vacuum you guys use and what you like about it.

I use the Rigid Portable 5hp with the Professional hose upgrade. It has fantastic power and a lifetime warranty. It also only costs around $90 plus $35 for the hose upgrade.

Ive had mine for 2 years now with no issues.

I used to use a rigid. It was always trying to bump against the vehicle and the hose was way to stiff. Can't beat the price but now I have this machine :). http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/40879-review-metro-full-size-vac-n-blo-4-0-hp-vacuum.html

10 year old shop vac.

Not much I like about it really other than its durability. Its incredibly loud.

My GF bought me the Kobalt 5gal 5hp Vac with a huuuge hose and remote control on the tip. The best feature is the remote control. I dont have to skip a beat, i just turn it off, do what i need to, then turn it back on

I use this for my car: Metro Vac N'BloŽ Portable Vacuum doubles as a powerful blower. Blow dry your car or motorcycle or vacuum your vehicle's interior with one Metro Vac N (http://www.autogeek.net/vacnbloporva.html)

and I plan on picking this up to use in customer cars: Shop Kobalt 5-Gallon 5 Peak HP Shop Vacuum at Lowes.com (http://www.lowes.com/pd_120940-10345-KWM508_4294857472_4294937087_?productId=3125679&Ns=p_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr|0||p_product_qty_sale s_dollar|1&pl=1&currentURL=%2Fpl_Shop%2BVacuums_4294857472_4294937 087_%3Fpage%3D2%26Ns%3Dp_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr%7 C0%7C%7Cp_product_qty_sales_dollar%7C1&facetInfo=)

I thought I came across that info but I can't find it at the moment. Rav777 has one and said it works great.

I bought this one after extensively researching about what all the specs meant in terms of water lift and CFM. The Metro's did not appeal to me whatsoever due to them doing dry vac only. I did an extensive review, written and video on the PF51. I have had it for months and still love it as much as I did when I first got it:

They were on sale for $119, which is an amazing price for this machine.
