How do you guys label your bottles?

Hey Guys!

Im looking at different options for labeling my bottles and I thought i would ask AG members what they use. I usually use a sharpie but I would like to make some kind of stickers that will no erase unlike a sharpie!

Sharpie here too. It does get a little frustrating having to always reapply (especially bug squash; ARO).

I use a label maker and sometimes sharpie.

I use a sharpie and write the name of the product on a piece of masking tape. Then I stick it on the upper part of the bottle.

I use a painters tape and sometimes when the bottle for that particular stuff is fixed, then a proper permanent marker!

I hate trying to write nicely on bottles, so i'm going to print labels (on ordinary printer paper) and stick them on with clear packaging tape.
I suppose masking tape is the easiest way.

I also use a label maker. Holds up well, easy to change up, and they're nice to have around for a bunch of other things.

I use either a labeler (Found Here (http://sites.dymo.com/Solutions/Pages/Product_Details.aspx?SegmentName=Home%28DYMO_US1%2 9&cat=HOME_ElectronicLabelMakers%28DYMO_US1%29&prod=21455%28DYMO%29&page=1)) or I wrap a bottle 360° with a piece of painters tape (various colors) and write it on that with a Sharpie.

I have found that some bottles don't hold the label on very well, so that won't work always. When the label won't stick, usually a single piece of tape won't either.

However, by wrapping it 360° with a piece of tape, you have pretty well marked it permanently. Also, if you use different colors (I have blue, green and gold) you can quickly identify the generic bottles by color then.

That labeler is commonly found at Office Depot and places - and for the price, you can't go wrong. I have found myself using it here and there more than I thought I would.

I got tired of the sharpie/ marker labels fading, so off to the office supply store for a solution. There I found some inexpensive self-adhesive vinyl lettering in various sizes. Since we have our own detailer's forum language for our products, most items can be labelled with just a few letters. Clean the bottle well before lettering and it will stick forever.

As some of you know, I have low vision, Mrs, OT uses a fat Sharpie on the 3M Green Detailers Tape, Writes acronyms in 1" or so bold caps. Helps me out a lot!

I like that idea!

I use a label maker for everything. I would really like to find the old style labor makers that imbosses the plastic strips. Those always stuck well and no print to rub off. I had one a long time ago but it's long gone
