Hey everyone,

Im trying to find the Mike Phillips Thread of where he did spot wet sanding with his finger...it was on a black porsche if i remember correctly, its the car that ended up being used on the label of Ultimate Compound, anyone remember what link it was?

It was a black 1991 e34 BMW M5 in the link posted above...


A few years later the horrendous swirls were toned down and the car was used on this label.

That's a cool story, Mike. Oh, and don't forget to reply on the post about detailers sanding. My guess is you think it is something detailers do. Anyway, nice job on the Bimmer, and the label.

Ah swirl X but UC...i was close lol Mike do you think that feather sanding on THESE: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/40229-what-hell-these-spots-paint-4.html#post528509 would be an option? I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look and give your thoughts...stumped so far
