Does the Metro Turbo Hand Tool really work?

I am very interested in purchasing this Metro Turbo Hand Tool mainly for sand when it get stuck deep into the carpet fibers. I just want some feedback from anyone who has used it and if it is worth 24.99?

Surprisingly, yes it does. It came with my vacuum so I didn't have to purchase it. The suction turn s the tool on. Would I spend $25 on it. No. its cool cause its free but a brush and vacuum can work just as well
