I'm working on two friend's cars, and I'm not charging them, so they said they would pay for any products I need. I intend to get some CCS pads while they're on sale, Optimum Polish because I'm running out, and some Collinite since it get such good reviews (should I get 845 or 476?). What else should I buy?.....without running up a tab!

Joe, thanks for the suggestions, I do need clay bars! How aggressive are those that you mentioned? I've use the Meg's OTC ones and they're too fine.

I have never used Collinite 845 or 476 but I think 915 does a very nice job. To honest I think Poorboy's Natty's looks even better the the Collinite 915 and may even be less money per ounce.

476S comes in a tin, it's a hard paste, where 845 is more of a liquid paste. Both are very durable waxes, with 476S a little more durable.
Pick any at your personal preference.

I have used the 845 and loved it. From what I've read, the 476 is just a little more durable, but the 845 has just a little better look. Can't go wrong with either one. If I remember correctly from a discussion on "A"nother site, some were told by Collinite reps that the 915 is basically the same as 476 with a higher price tag, but I don't think I've seen anyone that has actually used both to compare.
