I plan to buy the Universal Pad Cleaner, if there is a free shipping this weekend, does this bucket also get free shipping?
also I found 2 links to the same pad cleaner but one is 10 dollars cheaper, both pages seem identical?

I tried to add the cheaper of the two links, and the vip only works for the $135 one and not the $125.
