Totally a newbie. Eyes hurt from reading and learning. :work:

We live here in the mountains of Eastern Oregon. Could someone please tell me if there is a major concern with temperature?

It is quite common to hit high 90's maybe a little more than drop down to the lower 50's upper 40's at nite the same day. What affect on sealer when applying?

By reading the forum I see there is mainly a personal preference as to the best HLR sealer. As far as I can see it appears this Collinate 845 seems to be the one that may last the longest and is very durable. Feed back please
Thanks in Advance,
Harry Sr
