Forget about durability...what if you're like me and just need my show car to look good for the weekend? I guess this is a two part question, because at any outdoor show a QD is going to have to be used for dust...so what would the ultimate combo be, just to simply look good for 1-2 days?

Are we talkin' Carnaubas or Sealers or ???

Assume no correction needed and paint is black and soft.

Thanks in advance for the help,
HRJ

Short term pop on black with no durability?? The only one thing that comes to mind is Pledge. We used to use this back in the day on auction cars. It will fill everything and make paint so pet its insane. Just don't let it rain on the car.. lol

Maybe I should clarify...it's not that I want zero durability...it's just that I don't want durability to be a deciding factor. I see a lot of threads about brand x looks really good, but doesn't last more than 2-3 weeks so use brand y...I don't care...but I'm not using Pledge!!! :) Assumption #4: have pride in my car. :)

For you #7 Lovers...which QD to keep the pop alive?

If single stage black paint, #7 is a great place to start. Hides and nourishes. Lot's of carnauba and hybrid options from there.

Sorry...it's black, but it has a polyurethane clear coat (not a single stage paint).

This is very nice stuff, priced right too. Finish Kare 425 Extra Slick Final Body Shine, finish care quick detailer, ultra slick detail spray (http://www.autogeek.net/finish-kare-425-body-shine.html)

You'll be happy with it, it gets rave reviews for good reason, it's a great QD

PS+Griots Speed Shine. Both have a deep wet look only carnauba can deliver.
