I received a RMA from autogeek because I ordered something by accident. Do I pay for shipping or just drop it off at the UPS?

Would be best to call who handled your order, I would imagine it was Penny at ext 202.

Just an FYI customer service does not generally read the forums daily so if you have questions about an order the fastest way to get help is to call in to the office.

RMA's are usually company internal...giving people on the receiving dock a clue how to match up returned packages with problems in the computer. You'll need to pay postage.

You're thinking of a "Call tag" used by United Parcel. Those are postage-paid, just stick on box and drop off.
