I use paint sealant on wheels all the time. A lot of wheels today are painted. Like the good Dr asked though, what type of wheels?

If they are bare aluminum, I use Collinite Metal Wax. All other coated or painted, a sealant is fine!

Any paint sealant will work fine on metal and chrome surfaces.

you should not see any adverse effects using a pure paint sealant on metal. You will likely find durability the difference in different products.

Collinite makes some great products for metal and their 845 insulator wax is another product that's right at home on metal as well....

UTTG is great for these areas.
