What product do most of you guys use for an interior "wipedown"? I have been using 303 on the dashes. But im wondering what do you guys use?

Sorry I'm no help but I use 303 also. I love the satin finish on the black.

One-up for Cockpit Premium! 303 second to none as a sunscreen, but CP is fantastic for a "wipe-down".

:iagree: And adds a nice coconut scent that people really like saving another step (for when you add fragrance).

Ultima interior guard plus. Wipe on walk away, looks great, makes everything feel soft and smooth, can be used on everything from dashes to carpets, lasts for 3 months....there just isn't a better product on the market.

If its just a wipe down I just use a damp or dry micro. if I'm dressing then I use 303. But of course that would be an extra charge.

I just tried CarPro PERL Coat Plastic & Rubber Protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/perl-coat-protectant.html) at 1:5 and am impressed. Something between a satin and matte finish - just enough shine without the slightest hint of a greasy finish or feel. It's been on in the cab of my work truck for a week in the 90's heat and 80%+ humidity of southern Alabama and still looks like it's just been applied. Pretty good at repelling dust, too. I only mixed about 25ml in a 4oz spray bottle to see how it works, and finished the whole truck interior with less than half of the solution. A little goes a long, long way.

I actually bought the PERL for the engine compartment of my 2011 Mustang, which I plan on sprucing up with the Tornador, but decided to give it (and the new Tornador) a test drive in my truck first. I'm super pleased with both!

I'd be interested to hear any impressions from y'all who do this for a living (or serious passion) - has anyone else here tried PERL?

For just a wipedown, Meg's Quik Interior Detailer or Mothers VLR. In a more splurge mood, 1z Cockpit Premium since I have it. I put my 1z in a Meg's burgundy spray bottle (nice mist) and I like the sprayer better than the std 1z sprayer.

1z cockpit. (or Megs Quick interior detailer)

if your looking to wipe down the entire interior plus leather seats with 1 product I would go with Optimum Protectant Plus (leather protectant).

The 1z and OPtimum both have mild cleaners in them. I dont think the 303 does. I would not want to apply a conditioner to slightly dusty or a dirty interior. Just my opinion.
