230 volt if fine.
10% + or - on any AC voltage is safe to use.
Here in US we use 110V but most of the voltage will be between 110 to 120. So therefore 220, 230 0r 240 is fine.

thanks mark, yeah ive seen our voltage fluxuate anywhere between 220-250 volts over hear.
