The non leather seats in Ford trucks seem to stain with just about anything... Any ideas on what to do with those?

Once you get them clean, treat them with 3m"s Scotchguard fabric protector.

303 Fabric Guard is another product that will protect them well.

Clean them really well with something like APC+ then seal them with Ultima Interior Guard Plus.
