Looks real nice AJ. Is that the owner droooling on the paint?

Im impresed with both the Megs DA microfiber system and the hybrid V7 product. Good job. D301 is very under rated in my view. It works great with either a MF or foam finishing pad.

Looks like he just got back from ripping off part of a railroad crossing gate!! LOL :)

BTW....What did you use to clean and protect the Convertible top?

Nice looking job you did on a nice looking Corvette!!!

Really nice job! How tempted were you to do a 2-step? Haha.

Just to clarify, you used Meg's MF Finishing Wax with a mf finishing pad?

Would not have thought about that combo for a one-step.

Thanks fellas for the comments.

Haha. Yeah, I had to stay around with a mf and spray in case it landed on the paint! :P

Yeah the MF system is AWESOME! I did a client's porsche with mild swirls and the one step took 95% of them out without leaving a haze. AND left it protected!

I used this Blue Magic convertible cleaner spray the client had and requested for me using. I sprayed it, let it dwell for a min or two, then used my boars hair brush to agitate and foam up then pressure washed the top slowly like mowing a lawn. It was all mildewy and dirty. He said the top looks best its looked!

Haha. The son only bought a 1-step for his dad. But I was a bit tempted to do a 2-step on the hood just to wow the client when we pulled it in the sun.

...and to see if he would actually try to jump in the hood or not! ;)

I was pleasantly surprised when I made my first pass and checked the results... It cut through that hard corvette clear and brightened it up while making the paint ~60% corrected. ON A 1-STEP FINISHING POLISH! :buffing:

Yeah, he told me about these wheels. When he first got the car he said he wanted to get chrome wheels, but these are so rare and expensive he just kept these on the car.
