Interesting ! I may give it a try. I can't afford a CR system at this time. Too many toys .:xyxthumbs:

Where do you get the DI resin from?

wonder how it actually works, and how long it will last...the most expensive thing in spotless system is crystal resin refills...

I design/manage installation of water filtration systems for my company and this will absolutely work. The resin can be gotten from many sources. Beware if you run a water softener prior to the DI bed as it will foul the resin much faster.

I am new to a CR system and I am wondering if you hook this into a hose or what??? It shows a 10mm line coming out.....I guess I don't understand how these systems are used.

Quickie Google...seems to be a common item (not to me...LOL), but even Amazon has it.

You can regenerate you used resin so basicallyyou won't have to buy the refills for the cr system. That saves a lot of money!

I could be wrong, but I thought that was only with "water softeners" (AG system) that substitute NaCl for CaCo3. I thought the type of resin that creates zero TDS(CR Spotless) is replacement only.

That's how I understood it. Maybe I am wrong.
