Damp Mirco Fiber vs QD

Am I looking for trouble using a damp micro fiber as opposed ot a QD to give my black car a quick wipe down after removing the dust with a California Duster?

qd'ers offer additional lubricants to glide across paint. If was a small spot, I would say go for it, but for entire wipedowns it would be a better choice to use the qd'er also.

when you say QD also, do you mean to use a damp mf and QD?

You don't really need a damp qd'er, their not as plush when damp, you can spray some qd'er onto the towel and then the panel.
