UPS question

My tracking number says its was out for delivery today, I did not recieve my package.

I recheck the tracking number and it says package Package was damaged and discarded.

Whats up with this, they just throw stuff out if its damaged, do the tell AG, then they send me a new one.

I will be calling ups firstthing in the morning

that's a first. Usually means they damaged it and are returning it back to sender to determine damages. Then I think ag well have to file a claim and resend your package. What did you order

Ouch...

My guess is that the APC+ cracked and leaked out of the box. But, I'm surprised that UPS didn't send the package back earlier in the transit.

I had a 5l jug of Sonax Full Effect crack during transit. All the packing peanuts smelled of sulfur.

Shipping liquids without adequate packaging equals problems.

Checked the tracking number, It says they were to contact me. But they never did.

my guess is the APC leaked...any
time I order gallons of megs stuff it always leaks a little bit (few ounces). so it probably needs only a little encouraging to leak a considerable amount.

i'm sure ag will get you taken care of, i had a similar issue with ups a few months ago with wrong delivery or just plain messing it up and meghan and all the crew at ag got me fixed up.
