So after 1 year of wondering when my cord on my cyclo would break one of the wires finally pulled lol. This thing is not new and has lots of use on it. I tried once to polish it with a buffing rouge but got no where. Any ideas how to clean this up back to (close to) new condition?

Get the cord replaced then use it to polish it :D
That reminds of a time when I engraved my engraver with another one. One guy I worked with couldn't figure out how in the world I did it :D
