I dont spray things like the radio with the cleaner. I go as close as I can with the cleaner spraying, then just use it on the compressed air setting over the radio. If it's bad and needs cleaning more, I switch to Cockpit Premium by hand.

We just picked up a great deal on a compressor, 110V, 5.x cfm @ 90psi from HD for under $300. My tornador should arrive here tomorrow. Can't wait to try it out!

Thanks for the review!

I just made the last 3 payments on the car in April, and I'm at the point where I refuse to invest any money in the car that doesn't involve getting me from point a to point b. :detailer:

Regarding the comments about using the Tornador around radios and other electronic parts, simply treat them as you normally would when cleaning. Do you normally douse the radio with interior cleaner? If not, then you wouldn't do it with the Tornador either.

The radio in my car is a 2002 model Alpine, it's my pride and joy, and I take every precaution when cleaning it. To safely clean around it I use Stoner E-Z Gust Air Duster (http://www.autogeek.net/ezgust.html). It blows out air of the crevices and you can control the amount of pressure with the variable pressure trigger.

LOL, I can understand Nick on his point. My green Saturn has no ac. Broken down long ago and I'm not spending 600$ on that car! I drive it to work almost every day lately and on the ride home that is 30 hot minutes!! Im the MAN. I'm on my way home to get in the shower anyway so it doesn't bother me. Plus it makes me appreciate even more every time I drive my Sky.

Some people pay good money to sit in a sauna! My SL offers the treatment for free! LOL

I totally agree the Tornador seems like a cool tool, but it seems like it's just the same thing as using an air gun and a spray bottle/brush. I'd love to have one if someone gave it to me but can't really justify spending the money for the Tornador.

Once you get the hang of it, works better than an air gun, bottle/brush.
