I just received an email survey from by my bank. They asked my opinion on various banks, bank services, and banking news. Then they asked about customer service and what I thought was the best company (not necessarly a bank) for customer service. Well that answer was easy - AUTOGEEK.COM!!

Probably true, although I have not heard about a bank providing great customer service in a long time.
