What is the difference between Optimum Opti Clean and Power Clean? Both are recommended 3:1 ratio and safe for all surfaces, but I'm trying to understand the major differences between the two.

Power Clean is an APC and Opti Clean is a waterless wash

If you must choose one go with Power Clean, that stuff is awesome. Can be used on anything from paint to leather.

OK if I want to use a product as a pre cleaner for rocker panels and the lower rear portion which is the dirtiest, which is the better product to use?

Does OPC 3:1 remove LSP?

I can see him now... Using power clean instead of Opti clean and discovering his paint has been stripped clean of anything that was protecting it. They are two entirely different products for two entirely different applications. One will clean just about anything and strip anything off the paint The other is used as a waterless wash and quick detailer and adds some protecton

Well that point is not entirely clear on the AG website.
I think he meant strip paint of LSP.

Yes, but depending what LSP was used and when, it may take more than one application.

I didn't know that. Very cool. I learn something new everyday.
