Will applying it via PC and gray pad at a speed of 3-4 to remove all the PS I have put on the car. I washed with a heavy concentration of Dawn last night, Im sure that helped considering it washed oil off penguins in the gulf. I got an order of 4Start UPP and want to get it on (I admit I'm excited!) Will the gray pad have enough bite to remove the wax?

Thank you all!!

The chemcals in the KAIO should be plenty to remove the wax, especially after a good wash with Dawn.

Should be fine. If you have some micromarring you could use a light polishing pad too.
