Came across powder coated bumpers. Could I use the same type of LSP's as I would on paint?

I don't see why not... I've used OCW and/or Opti-Seal on powder coat finishes before and it has worked fine.

Thanks Cha-cha-charlie! I was thinking OCW, too.
