Well I am looking at making my first purchase after reading and looking at all the pics. Any advice, suggestions, good or bad? Thanks a ton for all the help and pics you guys post. Very nice.

The PC kit.
Porter Cable 7424 dual action polisher
6 inch Yellow Cutting Pad
6 inch Green Medium Cutting Pad
6 inch Orange Light Cutting Pad
6 inch Blue Finishing Pad
6 inch White Ultra-fine Polishing Pad
2 Cobra Indigo Edgeless Microfiber Polishing Cloths
The Edge 2000 Quick Connect Dual Action Adapter
12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Pad Cleaner
12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Pad Conditioner
2 Cobra 70/30 Microfiber Bonnets

Optimum Compound
Optimum Polish
Optimum Poli-Seal (will the 32 oz one be enough or should I get the 128 oz?)

Poorboy's Natty’s Paste Wax – BLUE

What else should I include or forgetting?

I am debating getting all this or just get the PC kit with the optimum kit but I think it would be pretty close if I added another of each pad with that kit like the edge pad offers me 2 in 1 so to speak.

What color car do you have?

Red and burgandy. The wax is the only thing that would change with the color correct? I would like to do my others cars that are white but their put away so when I do I would go with the regualr Poorboys Nattys Paste Wax, the white kind I think it is?

I think Liquid Souveran looks great on all colored cars, including white. Id leave out the pad conditioner and get some OTC mothers clay with detail spray. Dont forget microfiber.
