What is your favorite product for interior cleaning and protection?

I haven't found one that does both those things really well. This is my favorite cleaner. (http://www.autogeek.net/pinrubvincle.html) And This is my favorite protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/pinvinrubpro.html) if given the choice. I have honestly not found anything off the shelf that compares to the Pinnacle leather/vinyl cleaner, but Aerospace 303 protectant does make a great choice if you are shopping locally.

303 Aerospace Cleaner does a good job for me, as far as cleaning the majority of surfaces in the interior. I wouldn't use it on leather or other questionable surfaces though.

303 Aerospace Cleaner, aerospace Cleaner, oil cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, aerospace industrial strength cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/303aecl.html)

Wolfgang Vinyl & Rubber Protectant is my favorite dressing for leaving a matte finish, which I prefer on certain surfaces.

Wolfgang Vinyl & Rubber Protectant penetrates beyond the surface to maintain pliability and integrity of vinyl and rubber surfaces! (http://www.autogeek.net/wg2700.html)

303 Aerospace Protectant is a great all around interior dressing; leaves a
nice, shiney look sans greasy feel and streaks.

I also have some Pinnacle Leather & Vinyl Cleaner (Pinnacle Leather & Vinyl Cleaner is a pure cleaner without any silicone oils, petroleum solvents or gloss agents. PH balanced to protect leather & (http://www.autogeek.net/pinrubvincle.html)), as well as Pinnacle Leather Conditioner (Pinnacle Leather Conditioner is rich in lanolin and natural oils. Pinnacle Leather Conditioner contains no petroleum distillates and will not dry the (http://www.autogeek.net/pinleatcon.html)), which I bought for a job this weekend and have not been able to use yet. Both are on BOGO right now!

Detailer's Pro Series Interior Surface Protectant is one that I have not tried yet, but it's on BOGO as well, until Friday.

DP Interior Surface Protectant is a multi-surface shield for your vehicle’s interior. In addition to protectants, DP Interior Surface Protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/dp380.html)

I love 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium (http://www.autogeek.net/1z-einzett-cockpit-premium.html) for cleaning or 1Z Einszett Plastic Vinyl Deep Cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/1z-einzett-plastic-cleaner.html) for the really nasty stuff. Protection goes to 303 Aerospace Protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/303aerprot.html), Optimum Protectant Plus (http://www.autogeek.net/opprpl1ga.html), or Ultima Interior Guard Plus (http://www.autogeek.net/ultima-interior-guard-12.html). Cloth or headliner cleaning goes to Folex and carpet cleaning goes to Folex or for the nasty Krud Kutter (thanks Richy).

Cleaning: OPC @ 3:1 or DP TIC
Protection: UIGP for a pretty natural look with long lasting protection
DP Interior Surface Protectant for a fairly matte finish
303 A bit more shine than DP but still matte IMO

APC+ 10:1 for cleaning
303AP for protecting
I read a lot of people say 303 is real shiny but I buff it lightly with a clean MF and it leaves a nice satin look.

I've been using meguiars leather cleaner and conditioner (i think it is d180), it is a little glossy for my tastes but can clean up a very mildly soiled interior pretty quickly while dressing it and smelling great as well (very clean smelling). For the dirtier stuff, I start with apc+ and then condition with the d180 to pick up any dirt that may be left behind. I used to use 303 but it can tend to be slippery at times and the d180 is just so cost effective.

Sounds 303 is pretty popular for cleaning and protecting. Is 303 protection matte or kinda shiny? I would rather keep it a matte finish
