would like to know the amount of cut between these products

1-ccs orange
2-flat pad orange
3-ht cyan
4-meg mf
5-surbuf

i know the meg mf is meant to be used with mf correction compound

normally use 105 205 or wolfgang twins

i have the ccs and ht pads already

i have a flex 3401 & gg 6

i have heard that the meg mf works well with gg6 but not the 3401

considering purchasing meg mf pads

just woundering if there worth purchasing

might also be considering flex 14-2-150 polisher as well

thanks for all opinions

I like the LC flat pads. If you have a D.A. I would get 5.5 inch pads as the 6.5+ are too big and the stop rotating with pressure. I would use the Meguiar's Pads if I had a rotary.

In order from greatest cut:

Surbuf
Flat pad Orange
CCS Orange
HT Cyan
Meg MF

This is just a guess. I don't know where the Meguiar's fit in. I woudl assume the flat pad has more cut than the ccs due to more pad being on the paint.

What about the CCS pads, Mark?

I would think that the orange pad has a higher cut than the HT pads, that's what I've heard anyway and to me it makes more sense. Oh well.

The HT Cyan pad has more cut than the LC flat/CCS orange. The LC flat/CCS orange has more cut than the HT tangerine.
