Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay (http://www.autogeek.net/piulpoclkit.html) is ideal for vehicles that are in great shape. It's a very fine grade of clay that is very easy to use and will effectively remove embedded contaminants.

If you're looking for something a little more aggressive, I would recommend the Pinnacle XMT Speed Clay (http://www.autogeek.net/xmt-speed-clay-bundle.html).

DP Plex All (http://www.autogeek.net/dp-plex-all.html) works great for cleaning the instrument panel. It will clean and polish in one step, and is ideal for all types of clear plastics.

I did my first clay with Megs smooth surface clay but only because it was in the stores, but it did a good job. Now I have some Pinnacle fine clay since the hard work has been done.

For clear plastic I've been using Plexus for the last couple years and it works nicely on interior plastics and the window tints. Exterior plastic gets whatever sealant I'm using. Klasse SG, WGDGPS.
