I think this has been asked before. As far as I remember, there are no issues with it.

Hi Richy, I did a search couldn't find it so I figured I'd ask. I suspect no probs as you can put it on plastic, but it's still a good idea to ask the mfg.

Hi
should be Ok, though it depend on the quality of your clear bra as well, some use low quality Urethane plastic , which can be stained .
you need to polish also your clear bra and clean it well before.
i would suggest testing the CQ on small spot before applying it on all over.
good luck.

Thanks Avi. I should be fine, this is an Xpel clear bra - one of the two best, the other being 3M. Do you have any experience with that brand? I'll test as you suggest. What should I look for? A hazing of the plastic?

If its high quality plastic should be fine
if its staining the plastic, like white haze which dont come off , then its little problem.
but from my experience with 3M it should be ok.

Since it is X-Pel, give them a call. They have excellent customer service. You can get their 800 number at their web site. I have used X-Pel for over 10 years. Having it installed next week on my 2011 Subaru Outback
