Scratch and Scuff removal

I am trying to remove scratches and scuff marks off paint that is HIGH GLOSS ACRYLATHENE ENAMEL that was placed into a large like oven that heats and cures the paint.

Would this be the same as single stage paint?

Not a paint specialist, it sounds like single stage unless you had clear coats over it.
