Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax #845
Read few posts on this wax and it appears to me that it's one of the best kept secrets or am I wrong?

Well, it use to be a well kept secret till now. lol.
It is a good longer lasting wax to use for that extra protection from the elements.

i wouldnt use it as a show wax but for a daily driver its great, i think its good for engine bay area since it has decent heat resistance

I recently started using it and have been very impressed with the durability of it. Last long and has a nice shine. For a daily driver I recommend it.
I think I'm one of the few people on the planet that is not a fan of #845.
I found it difficult to remove (yeah I know ... I put it on too thick) and not "pretty" enough.

Good stuff and the shine it leaves is nice as well. Probably the BEST wax under 20.00
Since I put 845 on my wheels, an old microfiber and some rinseless wash and they are spotless, it just laughs at dirt and brake dust. I also love it on my paint, lasts, and topped with Fuzion looks dripping wet.

The Collinite products have been around for a long time, and are excellent "old school" waxes. They give great results if applied properly, and wear like very few others. I have never had any problems with any of them. In fact, they sometimes make me wonder why I keep looking for a better wax/sealant, as they are excellent.

Pound for pound there's nothing else can compare with Collinite 845.... For $15.00 there's nothing else that even comes close. :props:

Collinite is too durable. I waxed my car last September with 476 and it still beads like crazy. Its no fun having no good reason to apply a new wax.
