Cement removal

long story short i got off the train today to find my and 3 other cars covered in cement specks and dust i washed it and got the dust and some spots off....any tips for the rest would be greatly appreciated

WD40 will aide in its removel. Spray on a towel dab the specs let dwell for a min. then wipe away. Remove remaining residue with clay then buff if needed. Always works for me.
