This bike was dropped off with me 2 weeks ago (customer picked up last Thursday night). He wanted my Show Bike package which includes full paint correction. There were some stickers to be removed as well.

Overall I put about 15 hours worth of work into the bike. 4 and 1/2 was spent on the spoke wheels alone!

I want to thank TL Mitchell for helping me out a long the way with this. This would be the first motorcycle paint correction I have done and he was able to give me some pointers.

FYI - Bike was repainted to the green color from the original white.

Thanks for reading!

Thanks! The haze is actually still there. I did get it to improve some but at certain angles you can still see it. But the customer was happy and since it was a repaint (confirmed with the customer) I assume it was like that from the booth.

This ^ is the most important part, this is why we do it! The bike still looks awesome even if a slight haze remains (I don't see it) so don't let that take away from a job well done. :)

Just realized i forgot to state that I treated all the chrome and wheels with UTTG to hopefully make my job easier when the bike comes back for maintenance washes.

Very true! He didn't notice it either until I took my brinkmann light out and showed him.

That is a lot of fine areas to detail and you made it look incredible.

How are you liking your new ride?

From the looks of those wheels I can understand why a large part of your time was spent there...wow. :urtheman:

HAHA, yes I do! If I ever own a bike it will NOT have spoke wheels!

Jason looks nice, when I think of someone detailing a bike it always makes my knuckles hurt. Its just so hard to get your hands in all that nooks and crannies.

I had a look of bruised knuckles until I discovered MF gloves. :xyxthumbs:
