IPA wipe down for Sealant on headlights

I put a sealant on my car the other day (Poor Boys EX-P). I also put it on the headlights. I am now going to try meguiars headlight restoration kit. Can I do an IPA wipe down on the headlights first to remove the sealant and if so at what ratio with water?

The polishing process will surely remove all the sealant.
