what am i doing wrong

i am using a lc flat white pad and after a few uses it starting to cave in the center. I think im using too much pressure on my DA but the BP doesnt stop spinning at all... could it be the speed (6) causing this using SIP . im also using the megs bp from the mf system could that be it?

I believe pad saturated to much and not cleaned on the fly often enough and then gets to hot and the adhesive melts and forms a ball in-between pad and Velcro
