products used
ONR as wash and as clay lube
daytona wheel brush
megs WB
pressure washer
some purple magical clay that i want to know where i can find it again. (it beats every clay i've ever used)
ipa
cobra mf towels
collinite 845

This bmw was very rough it felt like sand paper! I took my time and clayed the ENTIRE CAR. I didnt do a bag test but believe me just running your hand on it you would know! You will see the clay i used it was turning brown literally on EVERY panel. The wheels had brake dust that was never cleaned for about 2 years, well only the front of it was cleaned up a bit but the actual inside barrel was caked. this car has never met a wax before so i gave it some collinite #845 mainly for durability.

Nice, clean BMW! All the fallout was removed, no more water spots, and the wheels look great!

The purple clay looks like SM Arnold's aggressive clay. I have an identical bar from Buff & Shine. You may want to check with local car lots to see who supplies them, most likely they will have SM Arnold products. You could always go with Meguiar's Red or Clay Magic Red clay when you need aggressive. Autogeek carries Meg's aggressive and you can get a good deal on it when they run a sale.

i got pinnacle poly clay (teal color) which i like as well and the pinnacle speed clay (yellow) which i dont like the clay gets stuck to your fingers. This purple clay i bought from a local truck that sells car-kem products. I love my purple clay it works wonders! but yeah that bmw felt like sandpaper and it kinda had no shine to it. The wheels still have some stains but i would have to take them off and polish them a bit to remove all that or maybe my purple clay would work haha! i will just use the clays that i have now and then re stock up you know how the detailing world is, buy, try, keep/toss.
