can I use megs WB on factory bmw wheels?

Your BMW will have clear coated wheels, unless they are after-market and then who knows, but probably still clear coated. WB will be fine. Try it at 1:4 or less. Another option for you would be Zep Citrus at 1:4. Regularly cleaning them is obviously the key. And, yes, a coating such as OC or CQ will help them clean up easier.
