Try APC and a stiff brush. That should take care of it for you. Any other suggestions?

If it doesn't move, and it should, use WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape. Next question!

Last time I tried this I twisted my ankle..... its all about technique - can't reiterate the goggle usage enough though, may have saved me from being on crutches for a week! good luck Troy :dblthumb2:

Don't use the fabric softener sheets when you dry it. Plus, if you keep making that face it is going to stay that way.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, but I ended up using a wet cat, a dirty diaper and my Dynabrade. Unbelievable results!
