What do I need to make a foam gun function?

Hi AG. After realizing how soft my honda accord paint is I decided I want to buy a foam gun and the necessary equipment if the price is under my budget. I was wondering if this is all i need? Another question is do I just attach it to my hose and viola it works like a charm? thx for helping me understand more about this topic. Here are two I am looking at atm.

don't bother with the first one, it wouldn't be any different than throwing soapy water from a bucket onto the car lol. get the second choice, the foaming sprayer. Griot's has FREE SHIPPING with NO MINIMUM right now which is great!
