Hi Guys,

I just did a detail for my friend who has a VW R32. This car was in need of A LOT of swirl removal. I wish I could have used a more aggressive compound but, I didnt have anything at the time. I also didnt get any pictures before the wash (it was really dirty, especially the Brake dust on the wheels so you can try to picture it in your head:xyxthumbs:).

The blue shows nice on that car, good work!

When taking half and half pictures, make sure you have the light over the corrected area also, couldn't make out how the finish really looked. Just the tape line and the unpolished paint. The sixth picture down shows a good correction line, but again the light...

The car looks great, good job! I always wanted one just the price shouted sticker shock, great motor though I could never get my 12v vr6 to blow up even after 225 shot nitrous but it would break motor mounts and transmission mounts on the track every outing :(

yeah its definitely a nice car. Doent keep up well with my STI though;). He actually bought this car for a steal, 60k miles for $16k!! Car is in mint condition inside and out. Plus you cant beat the sounds of the exhaust.

That is a nice deal, and yea vw's unless highly modded aren't straight line performs or autocross, but they're decent at both and your right the exhaust is hot, the drive train on a r32 is amazing and can handle alot of hp before it needs anything minus the clutch, only draw back to the car is the duel intake runners, long for low rpm and short for high rpm, it's Np for turbo/supercharger setup but nitrous look out if your friend ever gets a wet system, you'll get puddling in the intake and it might kaboom! If he ever has questions about mods send me a pm, I don't own my vw anymore, shattered the transmission case but I know a tad about them :)

good job on the R! That DBP color is a detailer's dream. Especially on a rare icon like the R32. I've come real close to buying more than one of those.
