Howdy all, I was contacted to detail a couple boats for a gentleman but one I thought would be cool to share. Its a 1989 Eliminator 600+hp 2 stroke Johnson Evinrude, 2010 2 time world champ drag boat. Chatted with the owner for a bit, he's looking to get it "In it's best condition" before he puts new decals on it. The top side was pretty swirled/oxidized while the underside was pretty stained.

The process for the top was the new Meg's D/A system, the sides had a plastic coating so they got polished with Meg's Plastic cleaner/polish, while the under side got hit first with Powergloss to remove staining, then polished with Meg's 205. Gas tank and battery covers polished with OPT metal polish. LSP was Collinite #925. After a couple days of TLC heres some before and afters. Enjoy!

Lol thanks, I think the hardest part was polishing the top/sides, it was like a clear bra all the way down the sides, which took me a while to come up with a process to get acceptable results. Tried a ton of pad/products before I remembered the I had purchased the Meg's plastic cleaner and the polish which worked really well.
